Monique Sonntag was born in Nancy, France on May 31, 1945. She is much loved and will always be remembered by all her friends and family.
Monique passed on to Heaven on Friday January 23, 2015 at the age of 69, after a long fought battle with cancer.  Beloved wife of Tassilo Sonntag, loving daughter of Yvonne Cole,  cherished mother of Erich and wife Luisa of San Antonio, Texas, Christianne Osorio and husband Pedro of Cedar Park, Texas, and Kurt Sonntag and wife Stefanie of Lakehills,Texas, dear Grandmother of Bryan, Erich & Brendan.  Big sister to Teddy & Tim of Austin Texas. 

Monique was a gentle spirit. To know her was to know love. If you were lucky enough to be one of her people, she loved you for life. She spoke volumes in her carefully chosen words. When people speak ofher, you hear words such as serving, loyal, kind, strong, creative, wonderful,dear, funny, whimsical…That was our Monique!
